Steel fascia is an attractive and economical rainwater system that can be
rapidly installed in combination with our range of spouting products to
match your personal taste and style.

Resistant to cracking, rotting, warping, peeling and fading as well as being easy to clean, our steel fascia will give your home years of good looks and great performance.
​
Made from minimum 0.55mm thickness coloursteel, it is stronger and straighter,
and can be rapidly installed. Most importantly, the fitting of soffits, even sloping
soffits (up to 35 degrees) is a breeze. The outer edge of the soffit lining is
retained at the bottom of the fascia in a rolled groove.
Important Set Out Notes

Ensure your precutter is aware you are using 155 fascia

Soffit bearer fixed to right hand side of the rafter, looking at the building
-
Leave the bottom purlin off until after fascia has been installed
-
This setout document assumes a minimum purlin thickness of 45mm
-
This setout document allows for a 10mm soffit clearance
-
For gable end roofs, outriggers to be from finished timber size 90x45mm, gable end truss drop 90mm
-
Soffit bearers are required on all hip corners
-
If setout is not correct it will cause delays to your installation
-
Failure to setout correctly will also result in charges for lost time and travel
